Returns

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We replace defective or damaged items free of charge. Contact us at support@vyvo.shop for exchange instructions.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
